Email list: If you sign up for a free download, your name and email address are stored by our email provider, Kit, so we can send the download and occasional emails about new articles and books. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Contact messages: If you send us a message, we keep it so we can reply.
No health information: Please do not send personal health details. Trackers and planners you download are meant to be filled in on paper or your own device. This site does not collect or store your health information.
